The installation utilizes a bolted assembly method-requiring no welding or concrete pouring-allowing two workers to set up a 30-square-meter structure within four hours. The yellow outer steel panels serve as a visual warning and are resistant to UV-induced degradation. Their impact resistance enables them to withstand routine collisions, making them suitable for high-traffic areas such as construction sites and logistics warehouses. The components can be reused three to five times after disassembly, thereby reducing long-term costs.
During use, the tightness of the connecting bolts must be checked regularly, and the anti-corrosion coating should be touched up every six months. Welding or drilling into the panel surfaces is prohibited to avoid compromising the integrity of the fire-resistant layer.
