As a direct manufacturer, Lvke operates production bases fitted with advanced automated production lines and precision fabrication equipment, working in strict compliance with national standards. We maintain closed-loop, end-to-end management - from R&D, solution design and manufacturing through to on-site project delivery and after-sales maintenance - which underpins rigorous quality control, guaranteed lead times and lower costs.

Factory Production and Manufacturing Capabilities

Inside our own production bases, automated roll-forming lines, precision cutting and welding, and standardized inspection keep every light gauge steel frame, wall panel and modular unit consistent from batch to batch - manufactured in strict compliance with national standards.

  • Automated Production Lines - More than ten automated lines form steel frames, wall panels and roof panels with stable accuracy and short lead times.
  • Precision Steel Fabrication - CNC cutting, welding and pre-assembly are completed in-plant, so on-site work is reduced to simple bolting and lifting.
  • Strict Quality Inspection - Galvanizing thickness, weld quality and fire performance are checked against national standards before every shipment.
  • Export-Ready Packing - Modules and panels are flat-packed or containerized for sea freight, with clear marking for fast unloading and assembly.

R&D and Standards Development

Lvke was invited twice as chief editor and twice as deputy editor to take part in compiling national standards for fabricated cold-formed thin-walled steel buildings - turning the single building into one complete, verifiable product.

To meet the application requirements of fabricated cold-formed thin-walled steel buildings and to standardize construction quality, the specification was formulated with advanced technology, safety, applicability, economy and rationality in mind. Lvke contributed as chief editor twice and deputy editor twice.

Beyond standardizing engineering quality, the standard treats a single building as an overall product - from component material selection, standardized design, factory production and modular installation, through to product acceptance, delivery, use and maintenance - ensuring the integrity of the finished building product.
