What information do you need to prepare a quotation?

Building type and application, floor area or unit quantity, layout drawings if available, destination port, and any local requirements such as wind load, snow load or seismic rating. The more details you send, the more accurate the price and lead time will be.

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No strict MOQ. We accept single-unit villa orders as well as full project deliveries of dozens of modular units. Unit price improves with volume because tooling, packing and container loading become more efficient.

What is your production lead time?

For standard light gauge steel frames and wall panels, production usually takes 20–35 days after drawing confirmation, depending on quantity and finishing level. A 40HQ container of modular units is typically ready in 30–45 days. Shipping time depends on the destination port.

Do you provide installation drawings and on-site guidance?

Yes. Every shipment includes detailed assembly drawings, a component list and installation manuals with numbered parts. Remote video support is free, and on-site supervision engineers can be arranged for large projects.

Can the buildings be designed to our local building codes?

Yes. Our engineering team designs to your local conditions - wind speed, snow load, seismic zone and thermal insulation requirements - and we have test reports for fire resistance, hurricane wind load and steel coil properties issued by SGS, BV and international laboratories.

Which countries have you exported to?

Our prefabricated buildings have been delivered to projects in Europe, Oceania, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas - more than 30 countries and regions, including resort, residential, school and agricultural projects.

What certifications and patents do you hold?

Lvke is a National High-Tech Enterprise and a compiler of national standards for cold-formed thin-walled steel buildings. We hold invention, utility model and design patents on wall panel systems, bathroom chassis and connection profiles, plus SGS and BV inspection reports.

What are your payment terms and warranty?

Standard terms are T/T with 30–50% deposit and balance before shipment; L/C is accepted for large orders. We provide a structural warranty on the steel frame and a written after-sales service commitment, with spare parts available for the life of the project.
